Thank you for shopping at Cloud V. We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund policy below for information on returns and exchanges.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available on unopened and unused items returned within 14 days of purchase. Products must be in their original condition and packaging. Items showing signs of use or tampering are not eligible for refunds.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we cannot accept returns on e-liquids, disposable vapes, pods, or used devices. Clearance items and gift cards are also non-refundable.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item. We will provide a replacement or refund based on your preference and product availability.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please request a refund and place a new order separately.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes.
